Inventory
This post shall be introspective. Sorry, folks.
All of my classes but one are over completely. I will take my last exam tomorrow afternoon. Acceptable grades are already secure in three courses (I have known my exact grade in World Literature through Film for a month); I am entirely confident that the rest will be satisfactory. I'll know officially in just over a week.
Academically, this has been a beautiful semester; I have been free to savor my coursework. Administratively, it has been an effective semester; I have become comfortable serving in different visible capacities, and I have begun to see the fruits of the investment I made in the honors program last year. Socially, it has been a strange but sound semester; I think I finally know what I'm doing (despite quite a bit of external turbulence). Blogospherically, it has been an ambivalent semester; I've managed to post just enough good material to make this blog worth keeping.
I am looking forward to spending some time at home. Unlike last winter, however, I am not running away from campus. I am proud of my work and friendships here.
Tune in this spring for:
